Just so you know, here’s what we base your Application approval on:
– Credit History: We like to see that you’ve paid bills on time and don’t have excessive write-offs or collection accounts. Any open bankruptcies, claimed bankruptcies in the last 3 years, and owed money to previous Landlords will be automatic grounds for denial.
– Income and Employment: Your gross monthly income must be at least three times the rent of the property you’re applying for. We’ll verify your employment.
– Rental History: We’ll verify your residence history for the previous 2 years whether you own or rent. Any evictions within the previous 5 years will be automatic grounds for denial.
– Criminal History: We’ll perform background checks on all adults. Criminal history will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
